Aarnio Originals Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which EEAA Oy (Business ID 2764933-6) collects and processes personal data. We collect personal data on the following users (“Users”) the users of the aarniooriginals.com website (including any subdomains), (2) the users of the Aarnio Originals webstore.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, so please check back regularly. If we materially change our Privacy Policy, we will post a prominent notice on our website 30 days prior to the effective date of the change.
This Privacy Policy constitutes a description of the data file of the Users of the Services as set out in the Finnish Personal Data Act (Sections 10 and 24).
This Privacy Policy only covers data processing carried out by EEAA Oy. The Data Processed and Sources of Data
EEAA Oy collects two types of information from our Users: (i) User Data; and (ii) Technical Data. Although we do not normally use Technical Data to identify you as an individual or combine the technical data with your personal data, you can sometimes be recognized from it. In such situations, Technical Data can also be considered personal data under applicable laws.
"User Data" is information that identifies a specific User, such as name, email address, credit card numbers, company name and billing address. We may collect User Data from Users in a variety of ways, including, when Users register on the Services, subscribe to the newsletter or fill out a form. Further, please note that we also collect details of any transactions and payments you carry out through the Services. We will collect User Data from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us or carry out transactions or payments through our Services.

Your Rights
You have the right to know what personal data we have stored about you by sending us a written request to the address indicated below. By request, we will provide such data in a common and machine-readable format, in case possible. We may charge a processing fee in case less than 12 months have passed since your last data request.
You also have the right to have incorrect/unprecise, incomplete, outdated, or unnecessary personal data we have stored about you corrected, completed or deleted by contacting us on the address indicated below. In case you consider your personal data collected by us to be inaccurate, or you do not wish your personal data to be erased in a case where the processing of your personal data has been deemed unlawful, or the personal data is no longer necessary, or you have objected to the processing and the existence of legitimate grounds for processing are being verified, you may request restriction of processing of your personal data.
You have the right to opt out of receiving electronic direct marketing communications from us by clicking on the opt-out link provided in all marketing communications we send you, and choosing not to receive marketing communications from us in the future.
