Please note that most of our products are made to order. We naturally want deliveries to take place as quickly as possible, but we are only able to guarantee delivery within 60 days* from order confirmation.
Made to order items are dispatched as pallet shipment to front door.
If your country is not on the list at check-out, please contact us at hello@aarniooriginals.com and we will find the best shipping rate for you.If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please get in touch at hello@aarniooriginals.com. *During summer the delivery times might be longer due to holiday breaks in the production
Returns
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check the order immediately. If you have received a wrong order or damaged goods, contact us as soon as possible by email to hello@aarniooriginals.com before you send back anything. Enclose the invoice or receipt so we can identify the return.
Please note that as the Eero Aarnio Originals collection items are made to order they are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
